Cancellation Policy

Studio Space Rental Policy By booking the studio space, you agree to the following terms: Rental Duration & Setup Time: Clients are expected to book the studio for the full time needed, including setup and takedown. The studio is available in three-hour time blocks to accommodate these needs. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full rental amount. This policy ensures the space remains available to other clients. Space Condition: Clients are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was found, or better. Please ensure the space is cleaned and all equipment is put away before leaving. Late Arrivals: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their booking. If a client is late, the rental time will not be extended, and they will still be charged for the full duration of the booking.
