Service Description
This practice offers a gentle way to release tension patterns in your body through fascial release techniques. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds everything in your body - your muscles, bones, organs, blood vessels, and nerves. When we work with fascia, we're not forcing the body open. We're creating space for it to soften and release at its own pace. In this weekly practice, we: - Move slowly and with awareness - Observe sensation without judgment - Create space for your body to unwind naturally - Learn techniques you can bring into your daily life This isn't about fixing something that's broken.
